Does your skin feel itchy or tight?
Do you have rough, flaky, or red patches?
Have you made it through life out acne?
Are you sensitive to sun, wind, and cold?
Does you complexion look dull?
Then you most likely have dry skin.
So as expected dry skin is the exact opposite of oily skin. Dryness occurs when you skin does not produces enough sebum. This can sometimes be due to the climate in which you live. If you live in arid climates (dry & lacking moisture) like Phoenix, parts of Mexico, most of (inner) Australia, and large portions of Africa then take extra precaution to keep your skin moisturized. Many factors can lead to skin dryness such as artificial heaters, sun overexposure, and chlorine from skimming pools. While your skin can look great because the pores are fine and you have a virtually clear surface, it can also be uncomfortable and rough to the touch. Keep in mind dry skin does break out it just isn’t as common.
Use facial uses that are rich & cream based containing fatty acids or glycerin.
